We start with a posture analysis to determine postural imbalances. To restore posture and balance, an eclectic combination of techniques will be incorporated into your session including but not limited to: Myopractic Deep Tissue Muscle Therapy, Myofacial Release, Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular and Acupressure Techniques. These techniques are applied with compassion and respect for each individual's tolerances- tension can be overcome without having to withstand intense discomfort. The client is expected to provide feedback and is in charge of the pressure being applied. After the session, you will feel extremely relaxed and have greater mobility and less pain.
