Gentle Yoga and Meditation Class

Both beginners & experienced Yogis Welcome! Yoga poses to gently stretch our bodies & restorative poses to help us rest, restore & replenish our energy. In addition, we will  enjoy pranayama (breath practices) & guided meditation.
