Mixed Level Yoga Class

This class is for continuing students, both experienced Beginners (students that have been attending Gentle Yoga class for several months) and Intermediate students. All types of asana (“poses”) will be practiced. Mixed level classes focus on correct pose alignment, help to build strength, endurance and flexibility, improve balance and open us to be inspired to aspire to new possibilities both on and off the mat!
